In order to streamline the SABC Education requests during the duration of the Project, we will be utilising this ticket system. Every request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your requests. Access to this system is restricted by invitation only.
Please contact Eric Muragana at SABC should you require access and he will action process the request with Jetweb at his discretion.
